Brandon Boor is a Managing Director at PPHB and a leader within the firm's Industrials Group. With more than 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, operations leadership and military service, he advises middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives and capital markets transactions across a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, energy and industrial services, aerospace & defense and business services.
Prior to joining PPHB, Mr. Boor was a senior leader of BlackArch Partners' Industrial Products and Building Products & Infrastructure practices, where he advised founder-owned, private equity-backed and corporate clients on a variety of strategic transactions. Earlier in his investment banking career, he worked at Wells Fargo Securities, supporting middle-market M&A and capital raising engagements across diverse industries.
Before entering investment banking, Mr. Boor held several leadership positions with Worthington Steel, where he helped lead a large-scale enterprise transformation and was an operations manager at one of the company's flagship manufacturing facilities. Earlier in his career, he served as a decorated officer in the U.S. Army, including a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Mr. Boor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife and three children.
